Group Weight Training | Weight Training Classes
This is good old fashioned, bread and butter stuff. Lifting weights.
Train with a group of people (no more than 12), chuck the weights about, get sweaty, get a pump on and all done to the beat of banging tunes.
45 mins of good solid graft and out the door.
Session times:
Tues & Thurs - 7am & 9:30am
Friday - 6:30pm
Saturday - 9am
Sessions are bookable here on PAYG basis for £15.
Monthly membership is £110 for 3 sessions per week.
